1. Purchased a Service Item
2. Make an appointment
Go to Book menu or call 212-750-8800 with the date and time you would like to receive a service. You will be asked for your credit card information in case a late cancellation occurs.
3. Visit
Be present at the service desk at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment for a smooth process and to avoid late cancellation fees.
Many of our spa treatment do not include mandatory general admission ($75 + tax), in that case, you will be ask to pay for your entry.

All services are open from 11:00 am – 9:00 pm. (Last Appointment time: 8:00 pm)
Booking a service:
To book your service(s), go to Book, or call 212-750-8800. Walk-in reservation is available, however the vacant time slots is limited. We recommend to reserve in advance.
All services must be reserved with a valid debit or credit card to hold your reservation and our cancellation policy.
Arrival time:
Please be present 30 minutes before your appointment to avoid automatic cancellation and a 20% penalty fee.
Cancellation Policy:
* No substitutions or revisions can be made to any spa experience package.
* Please note that each item you purchased has expiration period. Check details on the Shop page.
* Late cancellation (within 24 hours to the appointment) fee is 20% of the whole price of the treatment you booked.
* Spa treatments are not available for expecting mothers.
* All gratuities and taxes are not included.
* This voucher can be redeemed only at Premier57.
* No extensions, refunds, or exchanges will be issued on any Gift Certificates/Gift cards.
* Walk-in reservation is limited to the vacant time slots that day. Please note, walk-in reservation is not available for the packages that include General Admission.
